Be Honest in Your Profile

Use real photos, accurate descriptions, and truthful information about your skills and experience.

Communicate Clearly

Respond to messages promptly and be clear about expectations, timing, and payment.

Follow Through on Commitments

If you agree to a task, show up on time and complete it as agreed. If something comes up, communicate early.

Give Fair Ratings

Rate others honestly based on the work performed. Positive ratings help good workers succeed.

Vouch Responsibly

Only vouch for people you genuinely know and trust. Your vouches affect others' decisions.

Report Problems

If you encounter inappropriate behaviour, report it. You help keep everyone safe.

What's Not Allowed

Harassment or Discrimination

No bullying, threats, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or any other characteristic.

Fraud or Deception

No fake profiles, false vouches, misleading information, or scams.

Inappropriate Content

No sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Illegal Activities

No tasks or activities that violate the law.

Payment Outside Platform

All payments must go through Pocket Money to protect both parties.

Spam or Manipulation

No spam, fake reviews, or manipulation of the vouch/rating systems.

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Warning and content removal
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Reporting to authorities (for serious or illegal violations)

We review all reports and take action based on the severity and context of the violation.

A Note for Young Users

We're committed to creating a safe environment for young people. Remember:

  • Never share personal information like your home address or school
  • Always let a parent or guardian know about your activities
  • Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, tell an adult
  • It's okay to say no to a task if you're uncomfortable
