Safety First
Your safety is our top priority. Here's how we keep everyone safe.
How We Keep You Safe
Community Vouching
Workers are vouched for by people in your neighbourhood. You can see exactly who trusts them before you hire.
Parental Oversight
All workers under 18 require parental consent. Parents can see their child's activity and earnings.
Private Information
Personal details like addresses are only shared with selected workers after you've agreed to work together.
In-App Messaging
All communication happens through our platform, keeping personal contact details private until you're ready to share.
Safety Tips for Young Workers
- Tell a parent or guardian before accepting any job. Let them know where you'll be and when you expect to be home.
- Stay local. Only take jobs within your comfort zone - that's what the travel radius setting is for.
- Meet in public first if you don't know the task poster. A quick chat at their front door is fine.
- Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, it's okay to leave or decline a job. Your safety comes first.
- Keep your phone charged and with you at all times during a job.
Safety Tips for Task Posters
- Check vouches carefully. See if anyone you know has vouched for the worker. That personal connection matters.
- Read ratings and reviews from previous jobs to understand the worker's reliability.
- Start small. For a first-time worker, consider a small task to build trust before bigger jobs.
- Be clear about expectations. Good communication helps everyone succeed.
