Help my mum set up her new iPad - patient helper needed

My 78-year-old mum lives in her unit near Ashburton Village and just got an iPad for her birthday. She needs help setting up email, FaceTime to see the grandkids in Sydney, and maybe showing her how to use catch-up TV. She's sharp but technology is new to her. Need someone PATIENT who can explain things simply. Probably 2 sessions of an hour each. She'll definitely offer you tea and her famous lemon slice!
